Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, she has a great appreciation for her state and the people in it. When Ms. Del Toro was young, her father was involved in a near-fatal work-related injury. Seeing firsthand how an accident can affect the victim and their family instilled a passion and drive inside Ms. Del Toro to help those affected by catastrophic injuries.

After completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Del Toro studied at the University of Houston Law Center. During this time, she worked under Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office with the Honorable Judge Rudy Delgado at the 93rd District Court. In addition, she was a student attorney at UHLC Immigration Clinic, assisting in the immigrant application process for those seeking asylum in the U.S. who have been victims of domestic violence, torture, and war.

Ms. Del Toro passed the Bar Exam in 2013 and joined Buzbee Law Firm in 2014, one of the most prominent trial practices in the United States. Buzbee allowed Ms. Del Toro to successfully utilize her skills to fight for financial awards for her injury clients. With this experience, Ms. Del Toro has begun her own law practice in Texas.
